Five members of the League are captured and brought to the far future where they are told that a creature called the Alien-Ator plans to capture the Earth in their present. They are given a prism which will magnify their own powers, allowing them to defeat the would-be conqueror. When they return to the present they discover the remaining League members have been turned into aliens by the Alien-Ator and battle them but are ultimately defeated. The fight, meanwhile, has released Chrono-kinetic energy which powers the prism, reverting the aliens back to the normal forms and driving away the Alien-Ator.
