The Psycho-Pirate's influence on the three earths has faded as they have joined Earths 1 and 2 in the Netherverse created by the death of the Monitor, but danger still lurks everywhere. The Anti-Monitor's technology is slowing the vibrational frequencies of all five Earths in the Netherverse, and when they have all reached the same frequency, they will destroy each other.The heroes of the five Earths resolve to launch an assault on the Anti-Monitor's stronghold in the Anti-Matter Universe. This is made possible by Alexander Luthor, whose trip throught he dimensional barrier as a child has imbued him with powers over matter and anti-matter.
