Aboard the JLA satellite, Batman deduces what's wrong with the Earth's environment. At the trial of the Justice League, Ultraa attacks his lawyer, revealing him to be an alien life form. Unmasked, the aliens continue with their plan to devastate the Earth. As the rest of the League battle the fires breaking out on Earth, Batman tracks down the aliens' space ship and boards it, managing to destroy it and ending the threat.
